1. Description:
High temperature wheels are suitable for applications such as baking oven wheels, industrial oven equipment and autoclaves, and any other applications that require high temperature resistance.
The wheel can be provided as part of the caster assembly, where the high temperature grease of the bearing is used to ensure that the bearing does not wear excessively. Usually the bearings are also sealed to ensure that the grease does not leak into the environment, which is very important in the food industry.
Lubrication – For casters designed to function at higher temperatures, manufacturers must use grease and other lubricants that are rated for the higher heat. If necessary, they will also add seals to prevent the lubricants from flowing out of the caster.
Swivel casters rotate 360 degrees which makes turning the mating equipment possible. It’s good for transporting furnitures and displays quietly and safely.
The wheel bracket is constructed of precision steel and has a good load capacity, which can load 330kg.
